We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICEIC Qualified Supervisor/Manager to take responsibility for electrical compliance, certification, and quality systems across our client’s business.

Duties
- Act as the company’s NICEIC QualifiedSupervisor / Responsible Person
- Maintain all NICEIC accreditations and approvals
- Prepare for and manage the annual NICEIC
- Assessments and audits
- Oversee electrical certification, inspection and testing standards
- Ensure compliance with BS 7671, Building Regulations, and industry best practice
- Maintain and improve electrical compliance and quality systems
- Provide technical guidance to apprentices, engineers, supervisors and project managers
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with auditors, clients, and regulatory bodies as needed
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a NICEIC Manager, Qualified Supervisor, or Electrical Compliance role
- Strong working knowledge of BS 7671
- Experience managing NICEIC audits and assessments
- Commercial and/or industrial electrical background
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with authority on technical matters
Full UK driving licence

• Experience in high-end commercial or retail projects
